The 12" x 15" nonstick ceramic cooking surface is four times more durable than traditional nonstick, won’t crack or peel and is PFAS free. The skillet lifts off the base to make it easy to serve food straight from the pan at the table. For versatile cooking, the heat on the electric nonstick skillet is adjustable from 200° to 400°F. The glass lid locks in heat and lets you keep an eye on food while it cooks. After meals, simply remove the cord, and the skillet, glass lid and base all go in the dishwasher for easy cleanup.
